❓ I want to change my 𝕏 account because my 𝕏 account is locked/banned/suspended for unknown reasons, is that possible?

πŸ‘‰ Yes, it's possible. You need to do the following steps:

  1. Right now, save your private key!

  2. Create a technical ticket on Discord and send a message in the ticket channel: "SUPPORT LOCKED X ACCOUNTS" for support! Team will chat and need proof of wallet ownership to transfer your assets to your new 𝕏 account.

Note, for cases that the owner of the wallet cannot be proven, we unfortunately cannot assist!

❓Can I export private key of my wallet on xNinja to import to external wallet app, like Keplr?

πŸ‘‰ Yes, it's possible. You just need to enable 2FA security first. We encourage you to do so from the beginning, to ensure you have full rights to your assets, even when the Withdraw feature is available.

Enabling 2FA security before exporting your private key also helps protect your wallet against the risk of your 𝕏 account being hacked.

❓Can I reset my 2FA code if I lost 2FA backup key?

πŸ‘‰ Yes, it's possible. Just create a technical ticket on Discord. You will need to prove you are the owner of your 𝕏 account, as well as the owner of the wallet (the wallet needs to be exported before and imported into another wallet app like Keplr)
